OPENING OF THE REGIONAL UNIT IN NOVI SAD

In Novi Sad, in the building of the Apollo Business Center, the Regional Unit of the Agency was officially opened, which, after Kragujevac and Niš, is the third unit outside the headquarters in Belgrade. With this event, within the planned period, the work on one of the special goals, adopted within the Agency's Work Program, was finalized.

PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERHIP TRAINING

Within the Project “Facility Supporting Strengthening Rule of Law in the Republic of Serbia“ (EU for Fight Against Corruption and for Fundamental Rights), jointly financed by the EU, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC), implemented by GIZ, ADA, CPMA and OSCE Mission to Serbia, on April 8 and 9, third out of five planned trainings for the Agency for Prevention of Corruption representatives was held, on the topic “Public-Private Partnership”. Training was organized by the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA). Besides representatives of the Agency, representatives of the Public Procurement Office also participated in the training.

FIRST ROUND OF THE PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE IN THE AGENCY

OPENING OF THE REGIONAL UNIT IN NIŠ

After Kragujevac, the second Regional Unit of the Agency outside the Belgrade headquarters was officially opened in Niš, in Milojka Lešjanina street No. 26. Agency Director Dejan Damnjanović and Mayor of Niš Dragana Sotirovski addressed the dignitaries and guests and emphasized the importance of a better understanding of the Agency's competencies to public officials, citizens, civil society organizations and local media of the Nišava administrative district.

THE AGENCY SUBMITTED REPORTS TO THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

THE EUROPEAN UNION DONATION TO THE AGENCY FOR PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION

The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia, as part of the "EU for the Rule of Law" project, with the aim to contribute to the improvement of the rule of law system as well as technical capacities in the Republic of Serbia, and in accordance with good practice and EU standards, donated valuable IT equipment for storage, protection and archiving of Agency documents.

THE MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION WITH THE CONFERENCE OF UNIVERSITIES OF SERBIA

Тhe epilogue of the recently held International Conference on the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day and Week, represents one of the highlights of the Agency's work this year, aimed at the youth education and establishment of the scientific-professional cooperation in the field of aspects research, perception and the fight against corruption in the Republic of Serbia. This was the opportunity for the Director of the Agency, Dejan Damnjanović, to sign the Memorandum with the President of the Conference of Universities of Serbia (KONUS), Professor Vladan Đokić Ph.D., Rector of the University of Belgrade, followed by the Memorandum of Cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad.
