PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERHIP TRAINING
10.04.2024.

Within the Project “Facility Supporting Strengthening Rule of Law in the Republic of Serbia“ (EU for Fight Against Corruption and for Fundamental Rights), jointly financed by the EU, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC), implemented by GIZ, ADA, CPMA and OSCE Mission to Serbia, on April 8 and 9, third out of five planned trainings for the Agency for Prevention of Corruption representatives was held, on the topic “Public-Private Partnership”. Training was organized by the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA). Besides representatives of the Agency, representatives of the Public Procurement Office also participated in the training.

OPENING OF THE REGIONAL UNIT IN NOVI SAD
10.04.2024.

In Novi Sad, in the building of the Apollo Business Center, the Regional Unit of the Agency was officially opened, which, after Kragujevac and Niš, is the third unit outside the headquarters in Belgrade. With this event, within the planned period, the work on one of the special goals, adopted within the Agency's Work Program, was finalized.

FIRST ROUND OF THE PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE IN THE AGENCY

During March, three students, performed professional practice in the Agency, as part of the Program of cooperation in providing public administration support in higher education institutions in the educational process for the academic year 2023/2024, that has been implemented by the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government.

OPENING OF THE REGIONAL UNIT IN NIŠ
27.03.2024.

After Kragujevac, the second Regional Unit of the Agency outside the Belgrade headquarters was officially opened in Niš, in Milojka Lešjanina street No. 26. Agency Director Dejan Damnjanović and Mayor of Niš Dragana Sotirovski addressed the dignitaries and guests and emphasized the importance of a better understanding of the Agency's competencies to public officials, citizens, civil society organizations and local media of the Nišava administrative district.

THE AGENCY SUBMITTED REPORTS TO THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

The Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, in accordance with the Law on the Prevention of Corruption, submitted to the National Assembly the Annual Report for 2023 together with the Report on the Implementation of the Revised Action Plan for Chapter 23 - Subchapter Fight against Corruption for 2023.

The Regional Unit was opened in the building of the City Administration, in Kragujevac. This is the first official opening of one of the three regional units outside the Belgrade headquarters.
