The Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, in accordance with the Law on the Prevention of Corruption, submitted to the National Assembly the Annual Report for 2023 together with the Report on the Implementation of the Revised Action Plan for Chapter 23 - Subchapter Fight against Corruption for 2023.
The Agency submits the reports to the National Assembly in accordance with Article 38, paragraph 3 and Article 39, paragraph 1 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption. This year, the 14 Annual Report on the work of the Agency was submitted.
