YOUTH EDUCATION ON CORRUPTION PREVENTION

Representatives of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption attend the round table on Approach and Challenges in the Anti-Corruption Education, organized by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and German Cooperation.

Director of the Agency Mr. Dejan Damnjanovic pointed out that the Agency was fully committed to involving youth into corruption prevention and that it would continue supporting such initiatives. He also emphasized key importance of teaching youth on how to recognize corrupt conduct, its causes, and consequences as well as values in line with which they should act as to build and strengthen integrity.

In addition to the Director of the Agency, in the key-note segment participants were addressed by the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany Ms. Anke Konrad, Assistant Minister of Education Ms. Jasmina Jovanović and UNODC representative Ms. Roberta Falvo.
