The Ministry of Justice has submitted to the Group of States against Corruption of the Council of Europe (GRECO) the Report of the Republic of Serbia, which contains additional information on the implementation of the remaining recommendations within the Fifth Evaluation Round. These recommendations relate to the prevention of corruption and the improvement of integrity in central government and law enforcement bodies.
All relevant institutions—the Presidency of the Republic of Serbia, the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption—are ready to take further measures to fulfill the GRECO recommendations.
