In 2025, the Agency successfully implemented a training cycle entitled “Manager as a Driver of Building Institutional Integrity,” which was held in Kragujevac and Belgrade.
The goal of the training was to strengthen individual and institutional integrity by presenting the Agency’s competencies, as well as the importance and purpose of developing an integrity plan and analyzing corruption risks within institutions. Special emphasis was placed on the role and responsibility of directors in building organizational culture and institutional integrity.
A total of 63 managers and their deputies from social welfare institutions, the judiciary, public finance, the economy, and public enterprises attended the training.
With the completion of this cycle, the Agency continues to support institutions in preventing corruption and in building a system based on transparency and accountability.
