Director of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption Dejan Damnjanović has held a meeting with the OSCE Mission to Serbia, Ambassador Jan Braathu and his associates.
Head of OSCE Mission to Serbia, Ambassador Braathu pointed out significance of a proper implementation of corruption prevention mechanisms, as well as willingness of the OSCE Mission to Serbia to continue supporting the Agency and the Republic of Serbia in implementation of reforms in the area of prevention and combating corruption.
Director Damnjanović extended his gratitude for support that the OSCE Mission to Serbia has been providing to the Agency as of its establishment. Long-term support encompasses, inter alia, enhancement of knowledge of staff in corruption risk assessment in legislation, lobbying, verification of assets and income of public officials, development of methodologies for implementation of corruption prevention mechanisms, gender dimension of corruption prevention, improvement of visibility of the Agency, reinforcement of technical capacities and skills of staff as well as organization of traditional international conference on curbing corruption.
