Between March and May 2025, the Agency, in cooperation with the OSCE Mission to Serbia, organized a series of four workshops aimed at improving the content of the draft Integrity Plan. The workshops focused on mapping work processes that are vulnerable to corruption and other irregularities, while also identifying key measures for managing these risks.
Held in Šabac and Kraljevo, the workshops brought together four expert working groups representing different sectors: healthcare, local government, social policy, and public enterprises.
The identified risk-prone processes and their details will form an integral part of the draft Integrity Plans, which will be used in the fourth cycle of their development and implementation. This initiative represents a significant contribution to strengthening anti-corruption measures within the respective systems, as well as enhancing transparency and accountability at all levels of government.
