Bearing in mind, that the civil society is one of the strategic state partners in combating corruption and fostering of state integrity; the Anti-Corruption Agency on January 16, 2013, adopted the Guidelines for cooperation between the Agency and civil society organisations, following the example of the Code оf Good Practice as relevant CoE document based upon principles of openness, trust, responsibility and independence. The Guidelines in Serbian language are available here.

This document for the first time in Serbia, in a detailed and transparent manner regulates cooperation of state bodies and civil society organisations. The Guidelines regulate three means of cooperation: providing basic support to programmes and projects of civil society organisations, establishment within the meaning of cooperation, as well as partnership.
