Verification of integrity plan risks and efficiency analysis of public authority self-assessment in the
JUDICIARY SYSTEM

The Anti-Corruption Agency has conducted research on the system plan verification in the judiciary system from the perspective of its service users. The verification was conducted by examining the opinions and experiences of courts’ service users, on a sample of 1,320 respondents in 30 courts across Serbia. The project was carried out from April until July 2013.

Verification of integrity plan risks and efficiency analysis of public authority self-assessment in the
LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT SYSTEM

The verification of integrity plans in the local self-government system was conducted from February until April 2013, on a sample of 38 municipalities/urban municipalities and cities. Experiences and opinions of 1,592 local self-government service users and 933 of its employees were examined in the sampled local self-government units. The objective of this type of integrity plan verification is to observe the scope and degree of corruption risks and other irregularities in the work of local self-government authorities from the point of view of its service users and employees.

Verification of integrity plan risks and efficiency analysis of public authority self-assessment in the
HEALTH CARE SYSTEM

The Anti-Corruption Agency has conducted integrity plan risk verification in the health care system, by examining the opinions and experiences of its service users and employees in a total of 60 institutions of the health care system. The integrity plan risk verification was conducted on a sample of 1,452 service users (patients) and 965 employees, from December 2012 until January 2013.

Research on public interest perception of the prevention and fight against corruption, and of the position and role of the Anti-Corruption Agency

The research “Perception of public interest in the area of preventing and combating corruption, and the position and role of the Anti-Corruption Agency” was conducted by the ACA within the project “Fight against Corruption and the Establishment of the Anti-Corruption Agency” – IPA 2008. The research was conducted from March until June 2012, on the following target groups: public authorities, the media, citizen associations, and citizens.
