The Public Relations Service is responsible for preparing, setting out, and implementing the ACA’s communication strategy; monitoring, analyzing, and managing problems arising from media reporting on the ACA; planning and carrying out advisory and analytical activities related to the ACA’s public appearances and presentations; maintaining records on media representatives and the ACA’s appearances in the media; issuing press releases, organizing interviews for the media; acting on requests for free access to information of public importance; communicating with citizens and organizing their visits to the ACA.
