The Office of the Director is responsible for protocol-related activities; coordination of internal organizational units’ work; regular cooperation with state authorities and organizations; administrative and technical support to the work of the director and deputy director; administrative and technical support in preparation of the annual report; drafting budget proposals for the ACA’s work; drawing up drafts of general and specific acts; checks of draft decisions on rights, obligations and responsibilities of the staff; implementation of the Board’s decisions; administrative and technical support to the work of advisory and working bodies of the ACA formed by the Board’s decision at the proposal of the director; keeping records of daily activities and schedules of meetings; keeping and classifying mail and documentation; keeping internal books in line with regulations on office operations; taking meeting minutes and making contact lists; and external and internal communication for the needs of the director and deputy director.
