The Office of the Board is responsible for professional, administrative and technical affairs necessary for the work of the Board. The Office is headed by the Secretary, appointed by the Board from the ranks of the ACA staff at the proposal of the Board Chairman. The Board Secretary is responsible for preparing the sessions of the Board; coordinating Board members’ activities; assisting the Board Chairman in the activities within his or her competences; preparing draft decisions in cooperation with advisors; handling the drafting, delivery and publication of written dispatches of decisions; and any other activities in accordance with the Law, general ACA acts, and the orders of the Board or the Board Chairman.
